BROACHING MACHINE AUTOMATION

On Cycle Start, a single component is loaded onto the loading station. This loading station takes the component to the loading gripper. The loading gripper loads the component onto the Broaching Machine. The Broach Handler is lowered and released into the Broaching Machine. After the broaching process is done, the unloading gripper unloads the component onto a conveyor. The broach travels back to home position from where the Broach Handler picks it up.
