CNC AUTOMATION 2

On receiving the loading signal (in auto mode) from CNC lathe, the feeding slide moves forward (from home position) to load the component into the chuck. The Unloading Gripper unloads the finished component and the Loading Gripper loads the raw component in required orientation. The feeding slide goes back to its home position after loading the component, and the finished job is unloaded into a Gravity Chute. The CNC starts the cycle. Fresh component is fed / released into the feeding slide from the component feeding magazine.
