TOP/OUT - SERT APPLICATOR

The Bottles from the production line are separated by means of rotary wheel. Separated bottle is detected by the photo sensor and the glue is applied on the side of the bottle, by hot a glue dispensing system. After glue application, the bottle moves forward on the conveyor for leaflet application. A leaflet is picked up from the magazine and is firmly pressed on the bottle side. After the leaflet application, the bottle is checked for presence of the leaflet, using a photo sensor, if the leaflet is absent, the bottle is rejected and pushed into a rejection bin.
