PRESSURE COOKER PRESS AUTOMATION

The round sheet stack will be manually located into the de-stacker system. On cycle start the single sheet is picked up by the Load Unload system I, simultaneously from the De-stacker, Lubrication conveyor & Referencing station and placed into the Forming Press I die. While the sheet is placed into the die the lever mounted onto the arm push the formed product onto the transfer conveyor. Press I forms the sheet. The product is moved onto the gravity roller to next operation on Press II. The semi finish product is manually picked for further process.
